A Colour A Day

Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your A Colour A Day account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app (fastest)

Open A Colour A Day, go to Account, and tap Delete Account. Your account and data are removed straight away. This works whether or not you created an account with an email.

By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us and we'll delete your account for you:

Please send it from the email address linked to your account, or include it in the message, so we can find the right account. We action deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all data associated with it, including:

1. Your paintings and painting history
2. Your colour journal and discoveries
3. Your nook, items, and customisation
4. Your profile, friends, and account details
5. Your achievements, sparks, and purchase entitlements

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. No account data is retained afterwards.
