A Colour A Day is a daily colouring app. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app. We do not use advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Information we collect

You can use the app anonymously. If you choose to create an account or use social features, we collect the following:

Friends listTo provide the social features you choose to use.
Purchase statusTo unlock supporter features after a purchase. We never receive or store your card details.
Notification tokenIf you enable notifications, to send you updates such as when a friend paints.

We do not collect your location, contacts, health data, browsing history, or advertising identifiers. We do not run analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.

How your information is used

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run the app, who process data only on our behalf:

Other players' paintings you can see are shared through the app's social features only with people you have connected with as friends.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:

In the app: Account → Delete Account.

Or request deletion at delete.acolouraday.com.

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all associated data, including your paintings, journal, nook, profile, friends, achievements, and account details. This cannot be undone.

Children

A Colour A Day is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) between the app and our servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise the deletion right directly in the app or via the link above. For any other request, contact support@acolouraday.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated within the app where appropriate.
